Issuance of certificates of conformity.

This certificate is issued to indicate that a building has been constructed in accordance with the approved dimensional plan. Once the building is constructed, this must be obtained from the local council before moving in.

For this,

  • An application must be submitted after paying the compliance certificate fee.
  • Fee will be charged as per Urban Development Authority regulations.

Compliance Certification Fees

(Within jurisdiction of Housing and Urban Development Ordinance)

Residential – Rs. 850.00

Commercial – Rs. 1,100.00

  • If the construction cannot be completed within one year, the time should be extended.
  • If the validity period of the approved plan has expired for 3 years, the plan should be submitted again through a new application form along with a copy of the relevant approved plan.
  • Submitted to Planning Committee after recommendation of Technical Officer or Public Health Inspector.
  • If it belongs to the Urban Development Authority, the compliance certificate will be issued after the approval of the planning committee.
